Tracy is aboslutely amazing!! Her office is very comfortable and makes you feel relaxed and soothed the entire treatment. She is very personable and easy to talk to while being efficient in treating an abundance of conditions relating to nerves, muscles, bones, joints, and viscera. She gets to know you and your condition and utilizes many different treatment techniques during the visit. She is very highly recommended by our practice and will continue to be!

I cannot say enough good things about Tracy Revett.

I have been seeing Tracy on a weekly basis for a year and a half now. To put it simply - she is incredible.

Last year, Tracy treated me throughout my entire pregnancy, and it made many of the difficult symptoms so much more bearable. I completely trusted her to perform treatments that were safe during my pregnancy. Since she specializes in Japanese style acupuncture, which his less “invasive” and gentler than the Chinese style, I never had any concern. I always left the table relaxed, more comfortable and pain-free, qualities which were invaluable during that time in my life. This year, I’ve been seeing her for stress-related ailments (par for the course when you’re a new mom!), and she’s helped to bring me so much relief, both physically and mentally.

Tracy is extremely knowledgeable about her craft and imparts her knowledge with patience and clarity whenever I ask her questions, especially about any of the interesting tools and techniques she uses (e.g. moxibustion, bear warmer, cupping, etc.). She is also a wonderful listener. I honestly feel like I receive a therapy session during my treatment. She is so down-to-earth, honest, open and loving. She really is a joy, and I look forward to seeing her every week.

It is telling that even when I don’t have a particular ailment or issue to be addressed, I still make appointments with Tracy. I do this because I always leave her office happy and extremely calm. My visits with Tracy are the only “me” time I get from my busy life, and they beat a spa treatment or massage any day.
Tracy can attest to this - every time she completes my treatment and says “Okay, Stephanie, you’re all set” (my cue to get off the treatment table), I yell out “No!!” while laughing. I just can’t bring myself to leave. If she’d allow me to, I’d stay on that table all day long.

You will not be disappointed if you go see Tracy. In fact, I can guarantee that you will soon be one of her “regulars.”

I met Tracy when I needed her the most and I am glad I did. I have PCOS and was trying to conceive for almost a year with no luck and I have a long cycle of 45 days . I am not overweight and really did not understand what was it that wasn’t working for us and that is when I though of giving Accupuncture a try. And trust me, each session with Tracy has been so amazing. It just relaxes you so much and you dont feel like leaving at the end of each session. She has a lot of knowledge and gives a lot of extra advice/suggestions which I found really helpful. After every session, I could feel the increase in blood flow in my abdomen which was great. I continued my sessions for 3 months and my cycle length started to shorten a bit and guess what, I got pregnant!!! Unfortunately, that pregnancy led to a miscarriage in the 9th week. I was shattered and after my D&C, I decided to go back to Tracy after 3 months as I had not got my periods. Within a week of her session, I got my first periods, and I continued to go to Tracy once/twice a week and got pregnant again in a month. I continued my sessions to help me with Nausea in my first Trimester and they helped to some extent. As I write this review, I am 6 months pregnant and super excited and eagerly waiting to see my baby girl.
Thank you Tracy for being such a lovely person. You have been my good luck charm.

Tracy is the best! I’ve been seeing her at the end of my pregnancy and has been so helpful. She is very friendly and easy to talk to and does a lot of extra stuff that you don’t get with other acupuncturists. She is very knowledgeable and has great lifestyle advice to give besides just the treatments as well. I would definitely recommend her and will continue seeing her postpartum!

I have been seeing Tracy for 3 years (since 2012), and I always feel relaxed and refreshed after every session. I was hesitant about the needles, but it turns out that there are acupuncture treatments that don’t use needles - such as shakuju, which focuses on balancing your energy levels using moxa (kind of like incense) and pressure points. You need to try it to believe it! Tracy has helped me relieve stress, headaches, muscle pain, stomach tightness, common colds, and has even made my monthly cycles more regular. She is very talented, smart and easy to talk to, and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

I have nothing but good things to say about Tracy and the services I’ve received at Synergy Acupuncture and Wellness. I first came to Tracy with a back injury that had begun to cause problems at work. Stretching and massage hadn’t helped, and, after seeing my PCP, a doctor recommended I try acupuncture.

I have to admit, I was incredibly skeptical, but after a few visits, my back—which had been bothering me for two months—was back to normal, following a regime of needle acupuncture and sliding cupping.

I continued seeing Tracy for the next few months to work on my anxiety and insomnia, both of which are now dramatically improved.

If you’re considering acupuncture for the first time or looking for a new practitioner, I highly encourage you to visit Tracy!

Tracy is the best! I have always been very apprehensive and sensitive with needles and she is always able to give me an awesome treatment. She has a very comforting bedside manner which put you at ease immediately. I highly recommend her for acupuncture for any reason.

I found Tracy in August 2012, thanks to a google search screening for acupuncturists in my area, with experience with cancer patients. I consider myself very lucky I found her. Tracy is not only a skilled acupuncturist, she is also a fantastic listener, with a solid scientific background. I was literally crawling on the floor after surgery followed by 8 month of chemo and radiations. She helped me going back on my feet, and earned my MGH oncologists’ respect, who signed a letter for my health insurance provider to facilitate proper reimbursements for her treatments. I am now almost back to my normal self, and I keep going to Tracy for maintenance. She does wonders with controlling hot flashes, taming down limb swellings and neuropathies related to chemo treatments, or boosting my energy after too many hours of work. My family and closest friends are now going to her practice regularly, and I can only recommend her wholeheartedly.

My niece had been having cancer treatments for years, and the doctors had just told us there was nothing more they could do for her. I had just gotten married. I was also really stressed at my job due to a co-worker. I had a lot going on and felt really stressed out to the point I had non-functional days of depression and anxiety.

I came to Synergy Acupuncture with an open mind, and not really expecting much. I was not up for getting anti-depressant or anti-anxiety medications and was hoping that some alternative care could help me. A couple of my friends had recommended Acupuncture.

Tracy was warm and very easy to talk to. She gave me some very relaxing treatments, had a nice atmosphere in her office, and I came to really look forward to it.

I missed a couple of weeks at one point, and that is when I really noticed for the first time how much the acupuncture was helping me with the stress. I am now a believer in this art of healing. I am so blessed to have found Tracy at Synergy Acupuncture.

I can not say enough good things about the treament I have recieved over the past year and a half from Tracy at Synergy Acupuncture! I went to Tracy, in January of 2014, as a last hope to help with lower back issues and am so glad I did. I went into the office unable to touch my toes because of my back and by the end of the hour I could! It was absolutely amazing!! Tracy has also helped me with my headaches and allergies. I continue to see her on a regular basis to help keep me balanced and centered. Tracy is extremely professional and personable and I strongly recommend checking her out... you WILL NOT be disappointed .

For over a year my cousin suggested I see Tracy because of my hot flashes, she was already a big fan. Finally my hot flashes got so bad I made an appointment to see Tracy. I never should have waited so long. Tracy is fantastic, she takes the time to know your medical history and much more. During the treatment I don’t ask a lot of questions and I tend to keep my eyes closed so I really don’t know what she’s doing (read the other reviews, they explain it well) but it amazes me how much it helps. My hot flashes decreased by a lot and when I did get them they were much less severe. Also, Tracy specializes pain management. I saw her 1 week after a knee replacement and felt so much better after my session. I actually felt so good I thought I could walk on my new knee. She gives great advice, takes the time to email you with extra information and the on-line scheduling tool for the Arlington office is so easy to use. I’m a big fan!

After years of clenching my jaw due to stress, my dentist suggested alternative medicine. After meeting Tracy during a chance encounter, I started going to her. Tracy is one of the loveliest persons you will ever meet and instantly made me feel at ease (having never tried acupuncture before I was a bit apprehensive). Each time I saw her, I left feeling more relaxed than I ever have. My stress levels decreased and I feel better able to handle the chaos in my life! I highly recommend Tracy at Synergy Acupuncture!

I’ve been going to Synergy for 9 months now, and I think I’ll be going for the foreseeable future, too! I started because my neck was in serious spasm and I didn’t want to take muscle relaxants for the rest of my life, and I kept going because 1) the treatments work; and 2) I always feel fantastic both during and after a session. Tracy listens really well, is serious but not TOO serious, and cares very much about giving the client a wonderful experience. She’s done the Japanese-style treatment, with needles and moxa, she’s done magnets, and she’s sent me home with “press-balls” or smokeless moxa to help me continue the treatments at home. I definitely feel like my overall mental and physical health has improved since going to see her (I go every other week- not because she says I have to, but because I really want to!). I highly recommend this place.

I’ll admit that I was a bit of an acupuncture skeptic, but with migraines that had become more frequent and more severe after pregnancy, I was desperate to find a non-drug related fix. I found Tracy at Synergy Acupuncture, and gave it a try. I made an “emergency” appointment at the onset of a migraine and immediately became a convert. My migraine never materialized... I went straight from having all of the symptoms of a major attack, immediately to just a very dull ache. This never happens! I’m usually out for a full day, hiding in a dark room. With work, including some funny little band-aid things that you leave on for a couple of days, she seemed to bring me out of whatever change was triggering these increased headaches. Tracy listens, is very gentle, and really knows what she’s doing. If you’re an acupuncture doubter, just try it once... could be exactly the change you need.

Acupuncture? Me? I’m a mechanical engineer ... and, as a breed, we don’t trust anything that can’t be banged, oiled, or analyzed with sheer logic!!! So, when I decided to try having someone “stick needles in me while singing some voodoo chants”, I was desperate. The chronic pain in my back was not getting any better with “chemicals”.
After throwing my fate to my GPS (again, I much prefer a map ... something that I can touch and, when frustrated, rumble up and throw in the trash), I arrived at Synergy Acupuncture. The coziness of the office helped soften my trepidation ... and then, I met Tracy. Her easy manor of gathering information as to “where it hurt”, before she even “aimed the first dart” put me at ease. Before I knew it, I was “hooked up” ... and, honestly, never felt a thing. Tracy was great ... explaining everything that she was doing and why. My engineering inquisitiveness was satisfied. The first treatment lasted almost an hour, although it only seemed like 15 minutes. Gone were my fears of feeling like a pin cushion ... and gone was the pain!!! I honestly wondered if I should drive home, since I was completely relaxed. I went back for two more treatments ... and then I was told that future follow-ups were really based on my needs.
I have gone back, for other maladies ... and have never left without wondering “How does she do that???” If there were someway to bottle-up what Tracy is able to do, then I want to buy stock in that company!

I have been going to Tracy for about two years for acupuncture treatments. She is very knowledgeable in her practice and you can tell she truly cares about helping her clients. Her Arlington office is very warm and relaxing and she is always very punctual. Tracy has helped me through fertility issues, pregnancy symptoms, knee pain, headaches, colds and general stress relief. I always feel so relaxed after a session with her and am comforted knowing I will sleep well after. She is very accommodating when I need an appointment and her on-line scheduling tool makes it easy to book these sessions. She always takes the time to answer any questions or to provide extra information through e-mail. Tracy is smart, friendly, and a great listener and I enjoy every session with her. I highly recommend her services!

I cannot praise Tracy enough for all the help and relief she has provided me over the past several months. I suffer from chronic lower back and hip pain and Tracy goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort. She takes the time to get to know you and will let you know if she believes acupuncture is the right treatment for you. I now see her on a weekly basis and highly recommend her.
